Annual General Meeting 2024

We will be holding our 2024 AGM on Saturday 7th December, commencing at 10am in the clubhouse.

At the AGM we elect the club officials for 2025. If you would like to assist the club in its organisation and development in any way then please sign up on the NOMINATION SHEET FOR OFFICERS AND COMMITTEE'S FOR 2025 SEASON, now posted on the AGM Noticeboard in the foyer. There are vacancies on all committees, as well as vacancies for several designated roles.

At this meeting we will review the past year, with reports from all our committees and the club’s Captain’s, Treasurer and Chairperson.

Should any member wish to present formally
i) a resolution for change relating to the club’s policies, Rules or Constitution or
ii) a proposal for change relating to some other aspect of the club’s business,
I will need to receive either of these by email or letter by Friday 1st November.

Prior to the AGM all reports will be available to read on the club’s website. (A limited number of paper copies will be available on request to anyone who cannot access the document online). I will let you know when these are to be published.

At the end of the AGM agenda, we will hold an Open Forum, where members can raise informally any issue they would like the club’s membership and committees to consider.
