Bowls Big Weekend

Hi All, it’s just over a week to our Bowls Big Weekend Open Day on Sunday 26th May.

We are grateful to members who have registered their support on the foyer HELP list but we would appreciate it If any members are able to assist in the following roles please:

# Bowlers to assist our coaches on the green for specific time sessions

# For our Tombola event volunteers are needed to sell tickets over a number of sessions

Even though we are well on the way with the prizes already kindly donated, if there are any more items which can be provided this will make a good show.

Proceeds will go to the LILLINGTON charity arm of Heart of England Mencap - Valley Road.

If you able to assist on any of the above, please add your name to the foyer list or contact me as below.

Fingers crossed for a pleasant day that visitors, members, friends and family can enjoy.
