A request for anyone who had asked for any kit and not yet received their order.

Please can you email or contact Jules or Helen with your requirements by Thursday 31st October latest. Jules can then complete current orders with Bowlswear.

New and additional orders for any kit can be placed after this date.

Sign up for Men’s Leagues 2025

Following the Men's meeting this week, lists are now available for the men to sign up to the Pickering and Cov 6 Leagues for next season. If you would like to add your name, the lists can be found on the Men's Board in the lobby. If you are unable to get to the club, please email your availability to Steve Poole.

Annual General Meeting 2024

Friday 7th December, 10:00am in the Clubhouse

The Nomination Sheet for Officers and Committees for 2025 is on the notice board. Can you all please look at it and if you think you can help in any capacity please add you name to the sheet. There are lots of opportunities including Chairman of the Management Committee as I will be standing down at the end of this year. Mark Ritchie as Competition Secretary and John Buggins as Recruitment Officer are both looking for assistants. The Social Committee are always looking for more helpers. If you are standing for re-election please ensure your name is in the nominee column and sign the consent column.

Craft Morning

Saturday November 2nd 10am

Anyone welcome bring friends or grandchildren. All you need is supplied for just a small charge.

Have an enjoyable morning chatting and getting to know members you have not met yet.

If you have not finished or want to do some more we can come again the following Saturday 9th.

WWBA Marking Course

There are plenty of spaces available for anyone wishing to attend the Marking Course on Sunday 17th November. Warwickshire Women’s Bowls Association have booked international umpire Francis Fletcher to lead the course at Solihull indoor bowls club. It is a useful course for those wanting to learn, develop and refresh their skills for next season.

Please email Helen by Sunday 3rd November if you wish to attend.
