Finals Weekend

Please remember to come along on Saturday and Sunday to support all the finalists in this year's Club Finals. Tea, coffee and cakes and the bar will be available whilst watching some exciting games. Cake donations are very welcome. 🎂🧁🍰

Mens Game at RLS

Leamington Spa have 24 bowlers for next Wednesday's game at 2pm. We have a team of Twenty. If any more men are available to play please add your name to the team sheet or online availability by Sunday.

Ladies Games

Good luck to the Ladies team playing against Rugby Thornfield tomorrow in the Coventry & District Knockout Cup Final. The final takes place at Stoke Bowling Club at 4.30pm.

We need more names for the Ladies game at Royal Leamington Spa at 2pm on Monday 16th September. Please can you add your names by Monday 9th if you are able to play.

Also if any ladies are available for the final fixture of the season at Wolvey on Saturday 28th September please could you add your names as soon as possible. This will help to confirm if we can fulfill the fixture for Wolvey. Thank you.

Jubilee Shield - cancelled

The Jubilee Shield (Drawn Mixed Pairs) Competition scheduled for Saturday 14th September has unfortunately been cancelled due to lack of entries.

Annual Club Luncheon & Presentation

Please add your names to the list if you would like to attend the Club Luncheon. All members are welcome. Payments by cash or cheque (payable to Lillington Bowling Club) need to be paid by Friday 4th October.

South Warwickshire Competitions Finals 2024

Please find attached the schedule and details for the SWBA finals. These are being held at Welford on Sunday 15th September.

Short Mat Bowls

There is opportunity to play short mat bowls in the club during the winter/closed season. Short Mat sessions will start on Monday 7th October with sessions held each Monday at 2pm and 6pm and Tuesday afternoon at 2pm. The cost per session is £1.50. Tea and coffee and biscuits available in the afternoon, the bar is open Monday evenings. Casual dress code with your bowls shoes. All bowling and social members are welcome to join any session.

Indoor Bowls

If anyone is interested in trying Indoor Bowls, Avon Valley have sent leaflets promoting the club and details of when you can go along. Leaflets will be left in the Lobby. If you want to play for Lillington in the Indoor game at Avon Valley on October 26th please add your name to the list on the Mixed Board or online.
