Warwickshire Ladies County Finals Schedule

The Ladies County finals take place at Nuneaton Bowls Club this weekend.

Please see the attached document with the order of play for both days. Everyone is welcome to go along to watch and support all the finalists.

Coventry & District Knockout Cup

Lillington Ladies team will be playing in the Coventry & District Knockout Cup final on Thursday 5th September at 4.30pm. The final takes place at Stoke Bowls Club and the ladies would appreciate your support so please go along if you can.

Good luck to Jenny, Sue, Rosemary, Jules, Margaret G. and Linda.

Jubilee Shield competition

This is the Drawn Mixed Pairs competition. This will now take place on Saturday 14th September from 10am and all rounds and the final will be played on that day.

We need a minimum of 8 men and 8 ladies to put their names down so please get your names down as soon as possible if you would like to play. The list will be on the Competitions Board.

Ladies Captains Day

This year Ladies Captains Day will now take place on Thursday 26th September at 2pm. Bowls, skittles or short mat will be held depending on the weather. All ladies are welcome to join in. Please add your names to the list that will be up on the board. If anyone would kindly like to donate a cake or scones on the day please let Helen know.

Finals Weekend

The last rounds of the Club Competitions are due to be played in the next couple of weeks to decide the finalists for this year's competitions.

We hope all members will come along and support our members bowling in Finals Weekend on Saturday 7th and Sunday 8th September. If anyone can donate a cake for either day this will be much appreciated.

Annual Club Luncheon and Presentation Day

All members are welcome to attend our annual luncheon which takes place at Kenilworth Golf Club on Sunday 20th October.

The list will be put up next week for names and menu choice to be chosen. The cost is £27.50. Please contact Pat Gagg if you have any questions or dietary requirements.

Please continue to put your names down for games as soon as you can. A reminder to please confirm your availability if selected to play.
