URGENT Request for help next week

YOUR CLUB NEEDS YOU!

We urgently need the following help next week

If you can help with either of the two events below, please add your names to the list or email Helen ASAP.

Thursday 4th September

We need men who can help with:

• Setting out equipment on 6 rinks (12-1pm)

• Serve teas & coffees (12-1.30)

• Set the tables (2pm)

• Serve food to the tables(3.45 - 5pm)

• Clear tables/ wash up (4.30-5.30)

If you can spare an hour to help please confirm by tomorrow, Saturday 30th.

Finals Weekend

Saturday 6th & Sunday 7th September

We need volunteers who are willing and able to help cook burgers and sausages for our finalists and supporters on both days.

If you can help either day please contact Helen as soon as possible.
